What a beautiful surprise of a fund! I'm always looking for the healthiest options when I travel to work, and Fresh Kitchen DEFINITELY didn't disappoint. I love how fast it was done and that you are able to customize what you order. The part is huge! It took 2 meals. But according to taste so fresh. I don't like it especially when I go to places and I'm uncertain what kinds of oils and spices they use, which is characterized by Fresh Kitchen. It seemed that all items were mostly cooked or damped, very suitable for the name. I had the chicken as my protein, so I'm uncertain when the other options were seasoned or not. But overall I was very happy and will definitely be back when I'm back in the area.

Fresh Kitchen is one of my favorite places in Sea Girt! I love the freshness of their salads, and grain bowls. Please try their grilled tofu which is the best I have ever had. The only negative for me, is that their soups base is made with chicken. So if you are a vegetarian, stick with the salad or grain bowl. Definitely a must when in Sea Girt.

A few times ordered, always fresh and delicious! Healthy, low calorie meals. Ordered by Uber Eats. Especially for packaging, buy one immediately. Tried the Thai peanut pack, great! Love this place! Very recommended!

Clean healthy food at an affordable price. Portions are fair given the price and everything has always been delicious. One of my favorite places in the area.
