Additionally, it’s quite uncommon for them to provide extra cutlery, even when I specifically request it. The restaurant should aim for a more consistent standard regarding their food and side items. Sometimes I receive one cup of sauce, and other times I get two. It’s unclear whether the standard is one or if I’m just lucky when I happen to receive two. While the food is tasty and seems healthy, the poor service can really detract from the overall experience. I’m seriously contemplating whether I want to continue ordering from this Freshii. I really enjoy the build-your-own-bowl concept at this restaurant because it allows me to be creative and experiment with different flavor combinations. The staff is always friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process and offering excellent suggestions. The portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave fully satisfied with your meal. Whether you love seafood or lean towards vegetarian dishes, Freshii has options that cater to everyone. I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10!

This is one of my favorite places, but I feel that $18 for just a bowl and a shot is too much. I added only tofu to the Mediterranean bowl and ordered a health shot—no extras. It honestly feels like price gouging, which is quite frustrating. My colleague and I will likely seek out other options in the future. I realize that prices have gone up, but this seemed unreasonable given the portion size, quality, and location.

My boyfriend and I ate here after a round of golf at Braeben Golf Course and it was the perfect dinner. Healthy, filling and delicious! We got a bowl, a wrap and a smoothie and everything was great! The service was friendly and inviting. We will definitely be back after this experience! I visited this restaurant over the weekend, and my only critique is that the atmosphere seems more appropriate for takeout. However, since I opted for takeout, the ambiance wasn't a concern for me. The food was outstanding and was prepared very quickly. Kudos to the staff for a job well done!

In response to the owner's comment, I emailed the address they provided and followed up a few days later, but I didn't receive any reply. Suggesting that a supplier is to blame for their pest problems seems like a feeble attempt to shift responsibility.

The prices at this restaurant are excessively high. Meals should be capped at $12, not $20. The daily specials seem deceptive; as soon as you add meat to that bland bowl, the cost increases substantially.

This Freshii location is the best! They serve generous portions and make sure to add sauce to the bowls, which keeps them from being dry.
