I miss the other Friendly's that have closed. I think this one is great. I used to order the patty melt and off menu. Waitress said they can make... Sourdough bread, cheddar cheese, grilled onions and burger just like I like.... Price was t too bad with adding onions. Fribble was reasonable price. Fries I miss the Kringle cut ones ... new ones lame. Small free hot sundae was good . Waitress was great , quick, accommodating a custom order not on menu any longer...
entered with nostalgia, and became friendly (big front staff), but could not leave fast enough. I took my son into the toilet room and we were hit by a damp harn wave. we went back to our sitting just to keep our poor at the table (no, it was not just wiped off). salat was old and confused. my son has not touched his mac n cheese. next to the friendly staff, the place simply radiated the mindfulness.
I went to friendly's and the girl at the counter over charged me for icecream. All I got was a small Reese sundae and and a large caramel cookie dough ice cream sundae and it came up to $18.00 which she charges me for two large sundae and charged me for each topping because she was to interested in looking at my boyfriend than doing her job right. WILL NOT EVER GO HERE AGAIN!! Or spend my money here
I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to my server, Andrew. He was incredibly attentive to everyone at our table, ensuring my daughter felt comfortable despite her limited mobility. I'm really grateful for his care and will definitely be coming back! Just a tip: the blue soda is absolutely amazing! Friendlys is going downhill based on the changes new owners have made. The turkey burger used to be a great choice but the patty is half the size it used to be. This is with an increase in cost. Went down memory lane with a coffee frappe and could not taste any coffee. It also was lacking ice cream. Overall poor experiecne. Did the owners think we would not notice?????
Sat down next to a long table that had not been cleared. By the time we left, I asked our waitress about it as it was still there. She said it was someone else’s table and they were on break.Menu is a fraction of what it used to be.No tuna rolls. No mini mozzarella sticks.The whole place looks like they’ve given up caring. So sad, because I LOVED Friendly’s!
hadn't been long. service was especially for a packed space and what seemed to be 1 server. she was great, she deserved more credit. everyone was happy with eating and ice cream as well as service

It's always wonderful to share a nostalgic lunch with the kids! The children's meals come with duck, a side dish, a drink, and ice cream!
