TERRIBLE experience at the Crain Hwy location on 4/6/23! Did an online order, spent almost $70, and EVERYTHING food wise was terrible! The burger was under cooked, the fries were limp and tasteless, the stir fry was 3/4 rice and the sauce was disgusting, the tater kegs were just a lil bit bigger than regular tots, no flavor, the mozzarella sticks were dry, salty, and rubbery, and they gave us no marinara sauce at all. The milkshake was $8 and was in a skinny a cup, definitely not worth it. The best part of the whole thing was the 2 Cokes. They also only gave us 2 straws, not 3 and NO utensils. Friendly's has closed in Virginia, so we decided to make a weekend trip to the location in Maryland. It was fantastic! We went as a special treat for my husband, who still craves the Reese's Pieces Sundaes that he can't find in Virginia. Without a doubt, it was the best Reese's Pieces Sundae we've ever had. Our server was amazing—friendly yet professional—and she even made the sundaes herself. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Friendly's!

I've visited this restaurant twice in the past two weeks. It's conveniently located near my home and is a classic spot for sundaes. I absolutely love their sundaes! During my first visit, the salad I had was spot on, and my niece enjoyed a flavorful burger. My grandson had chicken fingers that were large and crunchy. Plus, they have a side window for takeout ice cream, which is a nice touch!

At the Crain Highway location, Abbi provided attentive and friendly service that truly went above and beyond. Her welcoming personality made us feel right at home. Negatives: Unfortunately, the restaurant is staffed by teenagers who are extremely slow. It takes over 10 minutes to receive your drink or check. It's simply not worth your time to dine here. Additionally, the prices are too high. If you're craving Friendly's, consider going to a different location instead.

I ordered a sundae and fries to-go, and I thoroughly enjoyed the flavors. The sundae hit all the right notes for my cravings, and the fries were perfectly crispy. I would definitely come back again. The wait time was also quite reasonable.

Went to Friendly's on December 17th, hadn't been there in years ! We were greeted with a kind hello and was seated right away. Our waitress- Shelly was so sweet and attentive. The food was good too. We will definitely go back more often.

My entire experience was 5 star. Friendly's is still the best place to get the best ice cream, it out does Sonic and Coldstone for price and quality. Reserva una mesa ahora

I haven't been there in years. I forgot how amazing the ice cream was. I got a Jim Dandy so worth the calories.

The ice cream is delicious, and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend the bacon mac and cheese burger!
