in the rule, we never visit the same local twice - not at all as tourist, if we have available only two evenings. but our well-known in Wismar have rightly sent us to the fresh dug, because it is the best local at the place. this we can only confirm and would like to see a third time at a next visit to wismar smooth! friendly, quiet, slightly alternative-modern restaurant with lots of space, fresh, excellent cuisine of a prestigious koches (and owner, how to divorce) with moderate trips. this is more true for the feeds than for the alcoholic beverages which are quite expensive in cross-comparison.
christian has conjured a 4-course menu at our high time and thus contributed significantly to a very successful day. he and his team are simply 100% recommended for us, fun at work, passion at cooking and preparation are found on the tellers. also in fresh teeth eating is always worth a pleasure and to define a visit! a huge, thick fat thank you!
the restaurant fresh grube is one of the best restaurant discoveries of the last time for us in wismar. not only the delicious, well-organized eating that scores with flooring and good taste, but also the very nice service makes the atmosphere here. we'll be back to dinner soon. an absolute recommendation!
great, the absolute contrast to most tourist nub that unfortunately much too much. we like to eat well, everything is here. very good that it is possible to achieve regionally at a high level. very good price-performance ratio, we were surprised by the calculation positiw.

we had the three-course menu and were really amazed to find so well prepared and fresh food here. undoubtedly the best you can get in wismar! the interiors are a bit miserable, but this will not affect our 5-star rating);
really haute cuisine. it is strange that this restaurant is not popular with visitors. the menu is short and relevant for the day of the visit. the dishes are exquisite. modern design, comfortable furniture.
was super-lecker yesterday. 3 walks that make easy fun and just creatiw fall out of the frame. was a birthday present for me as I was so far away without family. but surely not the last time
