My journey for taking poutine continued at Frites Alors. There are a handful of locations, but I went to this one. The restaurant was a bit understanffed, but I mangaged to get a table and served fairly quickly in their outside patio. I ordered the maple-wood roasted porc with a local beer. Food came out within a reasonable time. It was really good, the topping were well-made and tasted as good as you expect. The fries were also a bit crunchy so it helped out the texture. Good options for poutine and there are also burgers. Beer selection was good too.
The fries were not crispy and didn't seem fresh. The burger was mediocre, and I expected the buns to be heated but they were cold. The service was subpar - I had to wave down the waiter/waitress multiple times just to place my order. There were no smiles or welcome when entering or taking orders, it felt like the staff were being forced to work there. I used to eat here regularly, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The quality of the food and service has declined.
By looking at some picture of the poutine, i didnt think it would be that good. The fries are actually amazing. The prices is pretty fair. The milkshakes are really good. Its a beautiful sit down restaurant that has a great service. There was only one server and he was so fast to serve everyone at the same time to be so kind. Would come back a lot if i lived near. I wish there was one where i come fromDietary restrictions: Milkshakes dont have peanuts!
Good spot to grab a quick poutine while waiting for the bus (it's located walking distance from the central bus station). Enjoyed the pulled pork poutine, not so much the sausage and bacon poutine.

I went with my family on a monday night, the place is nice, we were served fast, and the food was delicious, not too much people, so we didn't wait longer. I really recommend it, love it

go 2 times first was poutine smoke meat or something like that smoke meat was dry and really not good second time a poutine mive seen better poutine other place
Have been going to Frites Alors for years. Fries are always great, good selection of beers and the sandwiches are good to. Friendly and efficient service.

Great location for outdoor dining. Service was fast and courteous. Servicing sizes for poutine and french fries were pretty good.
Ok menu, Ok service in a good location to eat something different... and so familiar at the same time.
