Just a heads up, this location is closing soon and reopening down the street in a few months. They also have locations in Cypress, Torrance, and Riverside. I wish there was one closer to me, but my sister lives near the Cerritos location. If you're looking for a delicious dessert with top-notch customer service, this is the place to go. It's similar to Joe's Italian Ice, with soft serve ice cream topped with slushie. They offer a variety of flavors for both the slushie and the ice cream, and the ice cream is incredibly creamy and delicious. I usually order online, but the last two times I placed orders there have been issues. Our order had 3 small and 1 regular. We were given all smalls despite paying for a regular. This last order wasn't ready when I arrived despite coming at the time the order was supposed to be ready. The desserts are great but the service has been poor lately.

this was my first time to frostbites and the workers were so nice and accommodating. definitely try the strawberry and blue raspberry because it tastes just like a sour gummy worm. I think I've gone here two times in the past weeks and it is so refreshing and good every time

I give this place a perfect 10/10 rating. I absolutely adore everything about it, especially when Madi is serving. When I walked in today, I was feeling a bit anxious, but I quickly felt at ease and comfortable.
