My son witnessed a tall, white server with shoulder-length hair playing with some onion rings, placing them on a coworker’s hand before re-plating and serving them. Our server stood off to the side constantly running his hands through his hair, which is a serious hygiene issue in the service industry. We spoke to the manager to express our concerns and then left. This happened on 8/5/25 just before 10 PM. Such behavior by the staff is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please ensure your staff are properly trained in food handling procedures or consider letting them go. Manager, feel free to contact us for further details.
I used to really like this place but now I think some items are just frivolous with cost vs. value. For example, the Chicken Katsu Sando was the biggest rip-off I've ever experienced in any restaurant. It was not only miniscule, but also dry and flavorless. It looked like something that would be served as a school lunch. Photo of this $17.50 disappointment posted below.
What an amazing place! The ambiance and the food were outstanding. I especially enjoyed the Thai noodles! Rebecca was wonderful—if you visit, make sure to request her as your server. She’s incredibly friendly and humorous, and it’s clear she truly loves her work.

I ordered curbside pick up and they never called me texted me , or alerted me that my food was ready, even after I called, she told me someone would bring the food out. 10 minutes later I had to go in there to find my food just sitting there
The Mediterranean Chicken was disappointing. The rice was tough, and the chicken was also quite dry. Additionally, the portion size was very small compared to the high price.
Hey took my order and proceeded to make me wait for it but once the rest of my family’s food came out she just then told me that they have been out of the food for a month
