Our food arrived cold, and I was quite disappointed with the quality of my burrito. The shell was hard and difficult to chew. The filling was arranged awkwardly: meat on one side, onions and cilantro on the other, beans next to the meat, rice beside the onions and cilantro, and the cheese at the bottom of the shell. I really hope Fuego can improve this. We spent $50 and left dissatisfied. Essentially, with each bite, I found myself only tasting one ingredient at a time—first just meat, then just beans, followed by just rice, and finally just cilantro and onions. To enjoy all the flavors together, I had to take four small bites from different sections and hold them in my mouth before chewing.
Fabrizzio offered outstanding customer service and gave wonderful recommendations since it was my first time dining here. The food was freshly made and incredibly delicious! The chefs, Jazmin and Araceli, did an amazing job. It was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection! I will definitely be returning soon!
The Birria Ramen and Street Tacos Special were excellent. The Enchiladas were tasty, but the sauce had a sweet flavor. We will definitely order the Birria Ramen again and explore other items on the menu.
The birria tacos were fantastic! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is that if my delivery person hadn't contacted me, I wouldn't have received my consommé, even though I paid for two.

Came from the Covina location to try the Upland location! Loved the Birria Quesadilla Berenice was super helpful, patient knowledgeable! 10/10 will bring the family again
Great place for Mexican food. Friendly service in and out to go. Upland burrito is very good and birria tacos. That much food fills me up for the night.
