Wow! That’s my reaction to the lomo saltado fries that I got to try. You get the quality and authenticity that you get at from a good lomo saltado but with a twist and their own signature sauce. The chef said I’ll be addicted and be back for more and you know what, he’s right!!! Service was superb. They take care of you and make sure that you have everything you order and want to know your opinion after tasting their food. They also have maracuya and chicha which are authentic drinks from Peru. Omgggg walking into this place was more than I bargained for. Great owner, Great service, Beyond delicious food. I had no idea what to order and he came in with all of his recommendations that I would like based on my strict allergy and food diet. . EVERYTHING IS MADE RIGHT IN SHOP! the best fusion place I've ever had. Not only do they have the best lomo saltado in town, they also have S tier fried rice with a unique ginger fragrance and the best best version of burger with grilled pineapple anywhere.
