I would give zero stars if it were an option, primarily due to the terrible customer service. My delivery order arrived without one of the two breakfast sandwiches listed on my order and printed receipt. While I did receive a refund from UberEats, which I appreciated, my experience with the restaurant itself was disappointing. When I called to inquire about the missing item, the person I spoke with was incredibly dismissive. His response was simply, "ok, cool, thanks," with no offer to look into the issue or even a basic acknowledgment or apology. Given the missing food and poor customer service, I won’t be returning to this location.
I am shocked anyone likes the music... it's loud pop and edm most of the time... big on bass. might just be what the people working prefer that day, because it changes quite a bit sometimes, but it's generally too loud (sound cancelling ear buds must be securely in to block it out) and out of touch with the fact that most people are there studying... but if you bring headphones, this place is great.
This local coffee shop features impressive tall wooden column ceilings. The double espresso is excellent, but the egg and cheese on a bagel falls a bit short—consider upgrading to a better egg machine for a fluffier texture. The steel-cut oats are just right, and the strawberries are tasty as well. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
These people do not know what a bag is. I am on crutches and I am unable to carry a cup of coffee unless it is in a bag. I ordered from these people over a dozen times and each time they refused to put the coffee in a bag, although the placed the sandwich in a bag. When I called to complain they hung up on me.

Fuel America offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for enjoying coffee with MCT oil. Their menu features a variety of student-friendly brunch options, smoothies, and bagels, all served by a wonderfully welcoming staff. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it for a great vibe! Food: 5/5
The coffee here is excellent, but the food is very disappointing. I suggest you just go to Dunkin' Donuts instead. On two occasions, my hot breakfast order arrived cold in the middle, and nobody wants to eat a cold ham, egg, and cheese sandwich. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.
I can't recommend this restaurant enough! Their bowls and sandwiches are amazing. When I had an issue with a DoorDash order, a staff member went above and beyond to personally deliver the correct order to me. I tell everyone about this place! Food: 5/5.
I love fuel. It’s a great cafe to work at. Maybe 70% of the tables have access to an outlet, the food is good and the coffee is great. Staff are always super friendly. The atmosphere is chill and a lot of others are studying which is ideal for me!

I requested extra cream cheese and was charged for it, but this is what I got. Unfortunately, I took it to go, so it was already too late to address it by the time I opened it.
