I used to frequent a ramen place downtown, but the quality has declined over the years. Now, I've found my new go-to ramen spot. The salt tonkotsu ramen is absolutely delicious! The chashu is thick and flavorful, unlike those flimsy slices you often get elsewhere. The noodles are fresh, and the option to add butter really elevates the dish. Just look at that photo! If that doesn't look appetizing to you, maybe you should just stick to instant ramen. This place is fantastic! The service was excellent, and the interior was spotlessly clean.
I will certainly be a regular customer! The Spicy Chicken Mayo Bowl has a delightful kick, and the rice is accompanied by a subtle sweet sauce that balances the spiciness nicely. The Chicken Karaage (6 pieces) is perfectly marinated, juicy, and has an amazing crunch! The Chashu Bun (1 piece) features a wonderfully thick, tangy sauce that will leave you wishing you had ordered more! Absolutely delicious!
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious ramen. I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the service is excellent. I've ordered takeout several times, and it has always been outstanding. The food is prepared quickly and packaged perfectly—these guys truly know what they're doing! This is definitely one of my favorite places to eat.
Food is phenomenal and understandable priced for the taste and presentation. Love the atmosphere and feel of the restaurant. And the small dishes are SUPER GOOD. Order some with your Ramen you won't regret it. And on one note if you are not picky where to sit you will get a seating faster.

The Fukumi Ramen is always our go-to spot because the pork belly is incredibly tasty and the broth is rich and delicious! Today, we also decided to try their Chicken Karaage (6 pieces), and I have to say, it’s the juiciest fried chicken I’ve ever had! Definitely worth a try!
First time customer and it was delicious! The broth is so flavorful, rich. Will order again from them, and or go to their restaurant. I highly recommend trying them out.
It's consistently great every time I visit, and I highly recommend the miso tonkatsu!
