Yesterday afternoon, we attempted to dine at this restaurant. The owner greeted us warmly, but informed us that there were no seats available on the deck due to personalization (which was not a big deal). However, within 10 minutes, a couple and a group of three were seated on the deck. We received menus and water promptly, but noticed that the groups on the deck were served water, drinks, and had their orders taken before us. After waiting for about 25 minutes, we decided to leave as it seemed we had been overlooked. This is not something I usually do, but the situation was just too ridiculous, especially considering the restaurant was not busy. Perhaps they need to improve their attention...
Highly recommend dining at The Fusion! With a wide variety of options to choose from, deciding on where to eat can be a challenge. We were pleasantly surprised to discover this restaurant while searching for another one. The menu offers a diverse selection of delicious dishes at a reasonable price. The service was excellent and the location couldn't be better. The owner, Jen, greeted us warmly and it was clear that she genuinely cares about her customers. Whether you love Asian cuisine or simply enjoy it, you won't be disappointed dining here.
My dining companion and I visited the restaurant on a Sunday at 1:00 p.m. We were promptly welcomed and seated on the enclosed patio by a warm and friendly hostess. Despite the slow service, as the restaurant was not very busy, our lunch was beautifully presented, hot, and delectable. We couldn't help but notice the hostess was proactive and diligent in ensuring quick service for all guests. The prices were very affordable. We will certainly return in the future!
We were greeted by the owner, who was extremely friendly and accommodating to my gluten intolerance. The food was enjoyable, but our server was not very friendly or helpful. She forgot a request I had made for my meal and did not return to our table after serving our food. Thankfully, there was another male server inside who was very friendly and assisted us with getting more water and fulfilling additional requests.
