Breakfast here promised a lot but delivered little. The coffee was weak and milky and lacked proper crema, the breakfast meal was disappointing. I ordered the bruschetta with poached eggs and bacon which was supposed to have pesto on the sour dough bread and I struggled to find the thin smear under the thinly sliced tomatoes. This place seems to have potential was wasn't on its game the morning we visited. There weren't many people in the cafe which is usually a telling sign. I wouldn't give it a second chance.
Reasonably priced and a fantastic late breakfast. My 16 year old loved the pancakes, I had the traditional bacon eggs on sourdough and wife had the club sandwich. Good service, wait time was minimal and the staff were very attentive and friendly. If your looking for an all day breakfast or a great shake, this is the place to hit. Couldn't ask for more.
The staff were ever so helpful with food suggestions and general information I was chasing Loved the warm chicken salad and wedges. More than I needed really but yummy quiet enough to talk to friends but good atmosphere Central location in the middle of the shopping precinct. Well worth a try
Stopped at Fusion Cafe on our way back from Melbourne, 43 Celsius when we pulled up. We were greeted by a very engaging young lady, the menu was different and my meal Pulled Pork Salad was just the right meal such an extremely hot day....More

Waited a long time for service. Iced coffee very nice, not too sweet. Over priced for what we received. "Kids" serve of wedges enormous both in size and cost.

I went to fusion the last 2 days for the breakfast wrap with workmates. It was the yummiest. Service was friendly.
I have been craving empanadas for two days, so when I passed by El Bohio on US 1 I decided to check it out.
