Just called 14:20 April 24 2024 to make an order over the phone n pay the girl who answer the phn said they don’t take payment over the phone I then indicated to her I do pay over the phone at all time since when it stop she like u want the order or not we busy here we only do payment over the phone when it’s not busy ask to speak to a manager she said they not here n hang up the phone on me I called back and she did the same thing the boss have camera over the register he need to look at the footage listen the audio n fire that individual it’s bad for business she have no training on how to deal with customers if so u will loose business a lot of ppl may get the same experience and afraid t...
I bought chicken and veggie fried rice from them when i checked both of the food is veggie I called the restaurant and I spoke to a very respectful representative and I was told that i can go and collect the chicken or get a refund i told the representative that I will Call back when I called the second time a very rude young lady answered the phone and i explained the situation to her and I also informed her that I don't have the second food with me before she hangup the phone she told me because she knows that she brought out the chicken fry rice(The first representative asked me for my receipt number and the second representative did not)....
OK, so let me first start by saying the first owner who had this place had it very top-notch..recently went there Bathroom man’s bathroom garbage was over full. Everything was going on the ground…we were eating and they were two roach that came out the wall we told the server she did not do anything… very disappointed because this place was number one to me I would not eat here again…. I hate to see this place go down, but this is on acceptable. I am reaching out to management. Please fix this because I hate to see this place go down.
Very disappointed bough this from GT Rice bowl took it to work to eat when I open it I found a long hair in it omg ? I know we all make mistake but when I call the business at 4:21 pm Monday a very rude women pick the phone up when I ask to speak to the manager she said he not here nobody is not here and hang the phone up I call again and said to her u don’t need to speak customer like she said “wah u want me to do” and hand the phone again. This is not good

Had such a great dinner at Rice Bowl yesterday! Monica, our waiter was kind and attentive. We always come for the calamari, jerk pork, and garlic chicken fried rice, this time had veggie lo mein and roast lamb as well. The atmosphere can be hit or miss -sometimes its more of a bar scene and can get loud. Yesterday, however, it was comfortably ambient. Consistently good food,excellent service, and unique flavor makes this a must every time I'm in town.
I do t normally eat out because I am never satisfied with the food. My nephew Brandon took me here for lunch and the food was amazing, not too much salt and the flavor was so rich and the service impeccable ! I live in Long Island and I?m waiting forFriday?s traffic to slow down and I?m heading there to pick up my order for dinner for my five daughters! Go try it out justonce ? you owe that to yourself!
The food is excellent and the atmosphere is perfect for dining! However, they do need to improve their service. A few of the servers gave off a bit of a jealous vibe, but I chose to overlook that and really enjoyed the meal!
The atmosphere was absolutely breathtaking, and the tables were beautiful. The food I ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. I couldn't split the bill, but I honestly didn’t mind.

Guyanese Chicken fried rice without bora??? What a disappointment! If you are trying to Cut corners you will lose customers in an area saturated with West Indian cuisine.
