How can I not write an amazing review?! This restaurant has the best charcoal chicken in Sydney! Forget El Jannah this place is underrated and a rare find good value for money, very clean restaurant. The chicken I ate was so fresh and juiciest chicken I think I have ever eaten. Thank you highly to everyone who likes home styles cooked meals recommend you won't be disappointed!! My only disappointment I didn't take a photo. Price of whole chicken $12 comes with two garlic sauce.
We recently stopped here for lunch at the end of a very enjoyable "Flavours of Auburn" walking tour. Gada herself came and introduced herself and presented a nice variety of dishes. With each came details of who in her family she learnt it from and the history of the dish. The food was very, very nice. Along with the food were lemon-flavoured water, tea and then some freshly made turkish coffee. All up, a great dining experience.
What a great deal for delicious charcoal chicken! I went for dinner and ordered the 1/2 chicken and chips, with garlic sauce and a 600 ml drink, all for just $15. The chicken was amazing, the chips were fantastic, and the garlic sauce was to die for. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The only downside is that they only accept cash. Despite that, I highly recommend this place to everyone.
We were very fortunate to stop here for lunch after our "Flavours of Auburn walking tour"it was almost as if we have entered Gada's home, the hospitality she showed all of us (10) was fabulous. The food was fantastic, the stories, the little tricks to us when making Lebanese food. It was certainly a great way to end our tour. Great authentic Arabic dishes like miloukhia with rice and a variety of other dishes. Food is delicious and prepared in a clean environment. Staff are always friendly, nice and helpful. You can order your food to eat in or take away as well.
One of the best charcoal chickens in Auburn ... Always comes with complimentary Lebanese bread, Garlic sauce (yum) & pickles ... Very reasonably priced ... Also good for some other traditional Lebanese food & burgers ...
I have always been impressed by this place Neatness overall Quality food and very friendly staff Their burgers are super delicious and are absolutely reasonably priced Must visit if you are in Auburn
