Gaijin Sushi - Reserva de mesa

Absolutely unbelievable sushi. We sat at the chefs table and watched it being prepared-a lovely touch. The chef was able to explain each course of the Omakase, 10 in total. Each piece of sushi was crafted with a delicate balance of flavours. The depth was fantastic with some pieces having layer after layer of flavour. Truly wonderful food! We thought we would not be full but 10 courses was enough. We paired with Japanese beer and Sake..Support a great and amazing value restaurant, and do not miss out!

My husband and I had the Omakase Experience to celebrate my birthday, and it was truly unforgettable! Omakase means "trust the chef," and it was definitely worth it. Every single bite was phenomenal, and each dish was even better than the last. The atmosphere was delightful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The overall menu also looks fantastic, and we can't wait to come back and try more! We've been telling our friends all about it and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Amazing sushi. The owner was amazing. Without a doubt one of the best and most knowledgeable hosts I’ve seen in a long time with a real passion for the food. Food was outstanding and very high quality. Chefs just totally forgot one of the dishes we ordered but was addressed at the end and addressed with no fuss my the owner. Great atmosphere and great food.

The best sushi in Birmingham and probably the UK Excellent fresh ingredients, really friendly and knowledgeable staff. We’ve been going to Gaijin for several years and have never been disappointed It was Easy to get a table, since apparently the summer tends to be a quiet season for them, but don’t be put off by this. The food is exquisite; it's the best sushi restaurant I've ever visited. I've been here more than three times in the past year and will definitely be coming back. The service is very friendly and personal. They always offer recommendations if you're uncertain about what to order, or they will customize an order to meet your preferences.

What a gem. Atmosphere, calm and adult. Beautiful food. The name defining how , despite the exceptional Japanese food, it is all amazingly put together by a largely European and South Asian team. Such an incredible welcome. I loved it. Highly recommended, but don’t tell anyone so it doesn’t get too busy

This was a fabulous dining experience. We sat at the counter watching the chefs beautifully prepare the delicious dishes, whilst describing each one as it was served to us. The waitress was very friendly knowledgeable about the menu. We cannot fault the place.

Today is my 10th wedding anniversary, and my husband and I enjoyed an omakase meal here. The sushi and dishes were incredibly fresh and tender, all at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend it!
