Food from here and Vernon hills just night and day! We like the food more from Vernon hills but there is usually a longer wait time just because it’s very small. Was just there during the week and it seems like they did a crew clean up or just possibly understaffed this affects a lot with customer service and also food. How fast it gets to the table. Rather recommend now just for take out. Take out is just the way to go

Wow! What a cafe! The food was really fantastic! I had Triple Chocolate Chip pancakes once, and another time a Churro French Toast! The Churro French toast was a bit high in sugar though. I don’t know the actual amount, but when something fried in cinnamon sugar and topped with a huge scoop of vanilla ice cream can’t exactly be low sugar. I did really enjoy the food, no matter the sugar.

Decent breakfast food. No gluten free pancakes or bread. If your meal comes with a side, you’ll have to decline as there are no gluten free options confirmed potato pancakes have flour). Kinda feels like you’re throwing money away when they won’t offer fruit as a substitute $1.00 surcharge I think).

I get to eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I like how their service is always excellent and they keep the spot well kept at all times. Rates are convenient and they serve sizeable portions.

Great omelette with a ton of ingredients to choose from for only $11. Hash browns were good and the pancakes perfect. Definitely coming back!
