I have always driven by this pizza location. I have been told by many friends that they have solid pizza and I need to check them out. The name is Garibaldi's in Hoffman Estates. There are two locations for Garibaldi's. The first is in Arlington Heights and the second is in Hoffman Estates. I chose to go to the Hoffman Estates location to do this review of their pizza. The packaging was handled with great care. When I got home, the meal was still warm and perfectly intact. While it’s standard practice, I appreciated their attention to detail in including napkins, plastic utensils, and a sauce packet.
For my appetizer, I chose the 8-piece wings. The portion size was just right, featuring a nice mix of wings and drumsticks. Although they weren’t breaded or battered, they were delightfully crispy. The buffalo sauce was fantastic, with only a slight aftertaste of vinegar.

This a nice local pizza shop that has a variety of items on their menu. Their pastas are always amazing, you can order the full pizza by the slice which is nice. Their delivery is pretty great; the food always arrives HOT. The ambience is cute and decorated vintage. The prices are fair and they do offer military discount which I always appreciate My reason for the star missing is the tables are usually dirty, the music is so loud you can barely hear your number being called. The ingredients also tend to slide off the pizza after every bite; but hey at least it's hot pizza.
We hadn’t visited this restaurant in many years and almost forgot about it. It used to be one of our favorites when my children were growing up 40 years ago, and it’s even better than I remembered! We ordered the Hot Oven Grinder, and it was honestly the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The place was spotless, and when my husband checked the receipt, we realized we had received a senior citizen discount, which was such a nice surprise (and yes, we are older now). We’re definitely planning to return soon, especially since the other sandwiches we saw looked delicious too!

Today, I ordered a turkey burger without tomato or ketchup. It arrived plain, just with lettuce and onion. Unfortunately, the burger was overcooked and tasted burnt, so I don't think I'll order a burger here again. However, I still rated it 5 stars because everything else was great. The mozzarella sticks come in 8 or 16 pieces, and they are delicious! My husband really enjoys the chicken tenders with BBQ sauce. We'll definitely be back!
If you grew up in the Chicago suburbs, you will remember this spot for easily one of the best slices of pizza ever! Place holds such a special spot for me! And even though now they've consolidated into just one location its always a great experience to visit them when possible. After all of these years...their slice of cheese still tastes the same!
Used to have a location on Army trail in Bloomingdale court, My mom used to take us there all the time when I was a kid. Always loved the turkey subs bc they had square pickles and tomatoes! It just changes the flavor I swear lol. They also have really good pizza and grinders : . Good atmosphere to bring kids, better than portillos .
Great atmosphere plentiful serving size and friendly staff. I had the texas grilled cheese which was packed with cheese (3 varieties) friend had a greek salad which she loved and other friend had beef with peppers which she said was awesome!

love this old school pizza joint the pizza is always the best and piping hot. you order and sit down wherever you like. definitely will be back again soon! perfect for a big group of friends or family getting together.
I love this restaurant and i've been going here my whole life. the pizza always slaps and the ambience never gets old. i hope they never ever change the decor. food is always ready quickly too and the staff is nice.
