(Last visited 7/8/2021. Working in Bordeaux for a few weeks and it was a dream of eating me in a Michelin Star restaurant. If you don't know what a Michelin Star restaurant is... it's a restaurant that has reached one of the highest reviews in the world. So much has to happen to be awarded a star. Imagine if there was an Illuminati and they will award the best restaurants in the world. That's how it works. There are 3 levels to the Michelin Star... 1 star, 2 stars and 3 stars that are the best of the best. These stars must also be won every year. You don't just get the star and hold it. A very nice discovery. It is pleasant to be surprised by the dishes prepared by the teams. This allows us to discover the tastes on which our taste buds would not have put themselves naturally.
