Gasthaus Burkard Restaurant

Great service from friendly staff and amazing food at a good price. We went to this restaurant on our first evening in Bernkastel-Kues and decided to return two nights later, as the service, the meal and the location could not really be beaten. I would recommend that you book a table as the place will be full in the evening. A special thanks to Bianca our waitress who made the last night special.

We enjoyed an excellent meal here and received a very good reception and friendly, professional service during our meal. I had the duck and my wife washed the pork with a nice dry riceling. We would highly recommend.

I enjoyed sitting on their terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding historic buildings, enjoying a large ice cream coffee on late Sunday afternoon and enjoying a fast and friendly service. I was very happy.

Eating at the Gasthaus Burkard was a very nice experience. We were very favorably impressed with the kitchen which is headed by the owner. Great seasonal food, prepared with real care.

I thought this was a cold drink in a hot afternoon. Very relaxing and refreshing. The outdoor tables offered a beautiful view of the road action
