in oberndorf we decided to venture over the bridge and explore the other side of the railway line. we found this restaurant by chance and enjoyed our meal times. as the name already says, the menu is based on variations of carving combinations and they can quite choose how they want it to be prepared, choose their meat, coating, whether they want it filled and even the taste of the sauce. as family of four there were many options even vegetarian carving and home made chickenuggets for our less adventurous son. newly opened in the last 4 weeks, the owner has created a contemporary application to a traditional Austrian meal that is delivered in comfortable but stylish environment. we wish him...

my man and I stopped by visiting friends in oberndorf on the house of the 50 carvings and the restaurant became our favorite destination for an early evening glass wee and a friendly talk with andreas, the restaurant owner. we were welcomed. how the local mozens, and andreas graciously communicates with us in German (in response to our attempt to speak the language) although he also speaks fluent English. the restaurant was clean and decorated in a cozy and welcoming style. not sure whether smoking is allowed in a part of the restaurant, but the atmosphere around our table was fresh and smoke-free.

zeer slecht eten personeel niet vriendelijk. nieuwe Eigenaar gaat het zo niet redden. voor heel een top gezellig restaurant.
