we arrived late on a Sunday evening and were not sure we could still be served, but the young lady who welcomed us cordially. the food was first-class, and she even managed to offer us dessert, although the kitchen staff had gone to home at this time of night! they managed to make customers welcome in three lanaguages! the portions were great, eating was of very good quality, with a large selection of French and German dressed and freshly baked. I have to give a special mention to the snails in the roquefort that were fantastic! one of the best places in town. great eating, beer, sometimes live music. space with history. if they like french and local Saarland food, here they get it. more beautiful place to get to know people.
