Gasthof Auerhahn

Eine Busgruppe unterwegs nach Deutschland und viele Einheimische waren das Publikum das ich dort beobachten konnte. Viele KellerInnen wuseln herum, im Lokallinneren und im Garten am Stadtplatz, das Zuordnungssystem ist für mich nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Den Auerhahn als Tellergericht sucht man vergebens, auch Wild hätte ich mir etwas mehr erwartet. Ich blieb dann bei einem Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein hängen und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Große Portion mit Kartoffeln und Reis, delikate Panier, gut gewürzt. Dazu ein Krügel lokales Bier, das mundet. Auch die internationale Weinkarte bedient absolut Beachtung.Meine drei KelnnerInnen waren allesamt sehr freundlich und luden mich als Hotelgast auch gleich zum Frühstück ein. Sensationell hier bereits AB 5 UHR FRÜH !Schade, daß man das Hotel nicht bewerten kann, nur das Gästehaus ....

This restaurant serves traditional Audtrian food. Schitzel, soup and other local dishes. The selection is good and there are also several beers to chose. The owner and the waiters are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. I will come back.

Die Gaststätte bietet eine sehr gute Küche mit freundlicher Bedienung. Die Sitzplätze sind angenehm angeordnet und die Atmosphäre einfach sympathisch, so wie der Chef des Hauses.
