Wenn ich hier in den Bewertungen was von traditionell bayrischem Ambiente lese, muss ich als Chiemgauer leider lachen. Für Touristen mag das so wirken, aber tatsächlich ist das Ambiente schlicht altmodisch und wurde mit pseudo bayrischer Dekoration und Bildern "aufgepeppt". Es wird dem unkundigen Touristen also etwas vorgegaukelt. Da innerorts nicht viele Alternativen existieren, sind wir als Familie trotz des für uns seltsamen Erscheinungsbildes eingekehrt. Ein Kellner war einigermaßen freundlich, eine andere Kellnerin trat grundlos etwas barsch auf. Die von uns verzehrten Speisen waren leider auch nur als maximal mittelmäßig zu bezeichnen. The food was great. Just delicious. Whether an appetizer, main course or dessert. Also beautiful flair from the restaurant. The only thing I didn't like that we waited about 15 minutes or even a little longer at the entrance without any comment that it takes a moment. Unfortunately, we were ignored. Unfortunately, we waited for 45 minutes for our main course, as our order was not properly transmitted. But still a free drink was offered as an excuse. It may happen. Mostly it was solved nicely. Otherwise really recommend.
Has to be said it's a very nice location right in the centre of town, the beer garden is great for a rainy day, the toilets are nice and the beer is cold. The food was good but besides the without the aesthetic of the beer garden this restaurant is fairly average. The prices aren't cheap and the staff aren't particularly friendly. Would definitely recommend this place for a pint in the sun but look elsewhere for an amazing meal.
Well bourgeois guest house with a large beer garden. Book in peak times. Bavarian map with lots of variety. Nice service. Capacity about 200 seats in the beer garden and about 120 seats inside. In the rush hour between 18:30 and 21:00 some hectic. My burger was not very hot anymore, but tasted good. Recommended!

We had lunch with our 3 yr here. It was lovely. Garden is big, almost full, but relax and quite. You can really enjoy either meal or drink here. We had haxe and ribs, they are all good. Big portion, also good quality. The drink was a bit expensive. We had a good time here.
Guest house with beer garden in brewhouse style in central location of Berchtesgaden. Top cuisine with mainly Bavarian specialities. High quality. Fast and very friendly service. No reservation is possible for the beer garden. My full recommendation.
Goods were relatively late at 8 p.m., but they were served more quickly. The service is great and the food tastes great! The ambience is also worth a visit.
A highly recommended beer garden. We arrived several times in our 10 days holiday. What I liked especially, there are also the dishes in small!
