Per chi fa in esperienza al Nurburgring, cenare nei dintorni diventa quasi un obbligo. Il Ristorante Pistenklause è davvero caratteristico con "cimeli" diAuto, dediche alle pareti e monitor che trasmettono video del circuito. Fino a qui le note positive.Il locale è gestito da un italiano cordiale e simpatico ma quando propone nel menù tortellini e tagliatelle al FORNO....è davvero troppo per un turista italiano, bolognese per giunta! In ogni caso il livello del cibo, sia i primi che le carni è basso rispetto ai normali Gasthof tedeschi ed austriaci. Se torno sarà eventualmente per fare due chiacchiere con il titolare ma non per mangiare.

Ci troviamo divinamente a cenare qui ogni sera, Abbiamo preso pizze, carne speciale alla griglia con patate saltate al forno ed insalata, insalatone svariate .Accompagnato il tutto da ottimo vino o birre. Terminando sempre con uno splendido caffè e 2 ottime grappe.Patrizio perfetto e caloroso come sempre con noiQui ritrovi sempre i più famosi che corrono in pista e non.Vi ritorneremo sicuramente l'anno prossimo,. .

Bij binnenkomst viel direct op hoe groot de zaak was en druk! We kregen de kaart direct overhandigd; deze puilde werkelijk uit. De keuken was Italiaans en Duits. De kwaliteit van het eten was niet verkeerd. De smaken mochten iets verfijnder, maar in een zaak als dit had ik niet anders verwacht. Personeel werkte met een hoog tempo, dat moet ook wel gezien de grootte en drukte. Prijs/kwaliteit was goed!

On a quality/value basis you struggle to find better than Pistenklause anywhere in the world. Atmosphere is fantastic, Argentinian steak on a stone is wonderful and not too expensive, desserts awesome. I really can't say a bad word about the place. It's a great place to be and usually a few crazy cars outside! I don't think I will ever head to the ring without a trusted visit to Pistenklause! Reserva una mesa ahora

Such a great place to eat while staying at the ring. My personal choice was the steak on a hot stone. It did not disappoint. The steak comes out un cooked to your table and you cook it to your own desire at your table on a hot stone. I personally loved the idea and I highly recommend it!

A restaurant were lot of people gather after racedays.The restaurant have a lot of dishes to choose between. We tried meet, pizza and pasta. I didnt like the pizza or the meet on stone, but the pasta dishes was a hit, recommend them.Nice staff and u get served quick.Will come back!

Wer auf laute Kneipen ohne Sauerstoff steht ist hier richtig. Trotz Reservierung hat man uns m in eine Art Vorraum auf Bierbänke gesetzt. Durch heiße Steine dauerhaft brandgeruch. Essen naja, Service mega langsam. Einfach überbewertet. Da hat der Ring besseres zu bieten.

Ich traf mich mit einem Bekannten der dort wohnte und wir verabredeten uns zum Essen. Der Service gab sich itaienisch-cool, was vielleicht nicht jedermanns Sache ist. War aber ok und es wurde ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit guten Essen und leckeren Getränken. Gerne wieder. Reserva una mesa ahora
