Gaysha New World Sushi

Love this place. The best SUSHI BY FAR. I look at myself as a food expert and extremely picky. Gaysha is one of the best sushi spots I've been to for a long time. The sushi is as fresh as if they just fished it out of the ocean. I have seen Takeshi Kamioka, the owner comes with a large cooler filled with fresh fish he selected for the day, no deliveries, Takeshi goes and catches the fish himself. Love that. The staff is also fun, knowledgeable and friendly. We are here regularly and it always feels a bit like cheers as we know the entire staff. Oh and I mentioned all the cool and wonderful works of art displayed on the walls of Gaysha, some of which belong to Takeshi. Fun, funny crowd. Love it. Thank you for bringing so wonderful delicious food to South Florida.

Probably the best and freshest sushi I had in South Florida. The Carpaccio was amazing, we ordered about 10 dishes to share and were not disappointed by one. The service was also very cool friendly people

The first time here and I can't wait to come back. Not your typical sushi restaurant and that's good. No wonder it had 97% likes. Yum! The staff is very friendly and has a nice chilled atmosphere.

My favorite roles are the spicy love, Cabana boy and south of the border. locally owned and operated. Fresh rolls you won't see anywhere else. Favorite Sushi in South Florida!
