My family and I have been coming here for 10+ years but it has really gone down hill. When I called to place an order the woman on the phone just laughed the whole time. I asked her to read back the order and corrected something but was told she just readit wrong and the order was correct. I picked up my order and somehow the bagel that she read out correctly was completely wrong,and a vegetarian ended up accidentally eating turkey when a tomato egg and cheese was ordered.
Heard a lot about this place from friends. Finally decided to go try it at breakfast. The bagel was stale and the sandwich (bacon/egg/cheese) was just pretty bland at a premium price. Positives were the place was clean and there were lots of choices. I may go back and try something else but I won?t get the same breakfast sandwich here again when there are much better and cheaper options in the neighborhood
Unfortunately I have to give it a star because if it was up to me I wouldn?t. Trying to place an order over the phone and wait for them to ACTUALLY answer the phone is like waiting for pigs to fly. I understand it?s a Saturday and it gets busy but Ishouldn?t have to be calling 10 times and still not be able to answer the phone. They need to get organized with the orderingover the phone.
Regrettably, I can only give this restaurant one star, despite my desire to rate it higher. Attempting to place a phone order felt like a never-ending ordeal—like waiting for pigs to fly. I understand it was a busy Saturday, but having to call ten times without anyone answering is simply unacceptable. They really need to enhance their phone ordering system and become more organized. I oder a breakfast sandwich from here almost every single day. And every day it's wrong. Somehow everyday they get it wrong. It's not the end of the world. Sandwich is still great. But can we please get a cook who can read a ticket
I love that the place that has some of the best bagels in the area, is a local business. They have very good sandwiches and normally some unique flavored bagels. Definitely worth a try.
