We came across Genussecke by accident as we hadn't planned to stay in Uberlingen. In our 10 days in Germany, this was the best breakfast by far. Not to mention the best coffee! Christiane is a wonderful owner / hostess of this eclectic shop / café and couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. She speaks great English which helps. Don't expect a menu for breakfast just a gorgeous selection of goodies including a delightful array of different honeys and sauces to go with your cheeses, meats, breads and fruit. Having thought we would have a quick breakfast before we moved on, we ended up staying for nearly 2 hours just chatting both to Christiane and other customers. It was a really lovely...
Liebevoll eingerichteter Laden der eine Kombination aus Dekoladen und Cafe bildet. Ich war dort zum Frühstücken. Das Angebot ist überschaubar wird aber sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Die Kuchen sehen sehr lecker aus. Die Nussecken sind wirklich super lecker und können auch mitgenommen werden. Der Kaffee ist ebenfalls sehr lecker. Insgesamt ist es dort einfach super gemütlich und perfekt für den Start in den Tag.
Beautiful furnished shop that forms a combination of Deco shop and café. I was there for breakfast. The offer is manageable, but very lovingly arranged. The cakes look delicious. The nuts are really super delicious and can also be taken along. The coffee is also very delicious. Overall, it is simply super cozy and perfect for start to day.
Best note from us, large cafe, normal nuts corner and vegan nuts corner, great selection of cakes, here you can have breakfast. Parking is available outside the door. Especially here in Nussdorf you can buy animals for the garden, we have bought a duck for 175,00, each animal a unique one. I could write a lot more beautiful. MfG.Jürgen

Leider war der Besuch ein Reinfall. Der Kuchen war im Kern noch gefroren, die Bedienung überfordert. Ich habe mir nach der Bewertung und dem Video mehr versprochen. Sehr schade.
