Geppetos in Newton has been a community staple for generations. I have always experienced helpful and happy employees. In the restaurant you will find clean seating, tables or booths, the ability to put together a party/family table with ease. The food is always amazing. I mean this. If you ever experience anything other than exactly what you expect; they will 100% make it right. The prices are increasing and as this is most places I visit you really can't blame them. It is worth it to pay 25 here versus 20 at a pizza drive thru. Almost gone are the days of neighbors caring for each other and their neighborhood but Geppetos is still here representative of all we love about being community. B...

I enjoy sharing my experiences when visiting places, but sometimes I wonder if I am too critical after reading other reviews. However, I have to be honest and say that my meal was mediocre. One dish that stood out was a ham roll, which was tasteless and lacking in flavor. The cheese used in the dish also had no flavor. To make matters worse, there were no utensils provided to cut the food, so I had to eat it with my hands. Despite this disappointing experience, I will give the restaurant three stars for their excellent customer service. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating.

I've always ordered online or on phone but today I went with my boss and like always they never disappoint me. The place is very clean, the staff were courteous and the food great as always. Kudos to Geppeto's Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family has been dining at Gepettos in downtown Newton for as long as I can remember. While I miss the buffet, the food is still delicious. I do not enjoy the location at 16/73.

Ate hear 2 weeks in a row with family friends. Each visit was the same, good service, fair prices and friendly employees. And excellent hot food!!!
