This restaurant did not live up to its 4.6 rating. I held a reservation last Saturday and many things disappointed. Upon arrival we waited a half hour for our drink order and go figure the next bottle order was out of stock. Dinner took over 2 hours to beserved. When questioned, our waiter was very apologetic stating that seatings were overlapped and tickets were backed up in thekitchen. Several patrons walked out and at no point did management check on tables to offer assistance to their wait staff. Witha 7pm reservation we did not leave until 10:30. Had it not been for a dinner with friends, I too would have walked out. The foodand price point was not worth it.

Several cartridges went out and at no point has the administration checked on the tables to provide support for their waiting employees. We only went 10:30 with a reservation of 7:00. If it wasn't for a dinner with friends, I would have run out. The food and price point was not worth it.
The food at Gerard's Prime 13 was good, but the service was disappointing. Our waiter barely spoke and seemed uninterested. We waited a long time for both our drinks and our food. The white Sangria we ordered was awful. We ended up going elsewhere for dessert because we couldn’t tolerate the unfriendly and arrogant attitude of the server. When we left, we asked for his name since he never introduced himself. He said his name was Frank and claimed the hostess had already told us. Despite the quality of the food, we did not feel comfortable dining here.
Wow! I can’t believe how fantastic this place is! The steak was incredible (I had it last time), but the thick bacon and out-of-this-world pork dishes are absolutely to die for! The staff was friendly, and Gerard, the owner, was in such a great mood, personally visiting almost every table. It was just a wonderful evening, with reasonable prices. I will definitely be coming back time and time again! Thank you, Gerard!

Honestly, we didn’t dine here, but I would still rate Gerard's Prime 13 as a 5-star restaurant. The ambiance was wonderful, and the staff were polite and attentive. I did take off one star due to the pricing. Since everything is sold à la carte, a meal for two without drinks can easily reach around $150. We were hoping for something more budget-friendly.
WOW!!! Are you kidding me!!!?? The steak was amazing (I had that last time), but the thick bacon and out of this world pork chops are to die for! The staff was friendly and Gerard, the owner, always in a great mood came around to almost every tablepersonally. Just a great night out, reasonable prices, and I will be back again and again! Honestly, we did not stay to eat. I would say this is a 5-star restaurant atmosphere was delightful, staff very polite and attentive. I took one star off due to the price. Everything is sold ala cart so if you are looking to spend 150 a couple with nodrinks this is your place. We wanted something less expensive.
I found the experience to be fantastic. Our server, Kelly, was excellent. The food was served at a pleasant, relaxed pace, which made it feel unhurried. I would absolutely return and recommend this place to everyone. This was my family's first visit, but it certainly won't be the last.

I highly recommend Gerard's Prime 13. They offer a great selection of appetizers and main courses. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely return.
