The croquettas were cooked perfectly, with a crispy golden exterior and a warm, creamy interior. The tortilla with chorizo and manchego was also very flavorful. There is a wide selection of beer and wine, as well as a few cocktail options. I will definitely return in the future.

This restaurant in Old Boise offers fantastic prices and a taste of Basque culture. The atmosphere is mellow and perfect for an early night out. They serve cold beer and delicious appetizers, like croquettes and roasted paprika. Everything on the menu is delicious, but the standout item for me was the hard cider - dry, earthy, and not too sweet. I will definitely be coming back here again. Overall, I give it a 10 out of 10.

I tried the solomo (pork and red paprika sandwich) with a side of Croquetas at this restaurant. The food was excellent and I was impressed. The bar was a bit crowded, but the wait wasn't too long.
