I've been dining at Gigi Pizza for quite some time now, and the customer service has always been excellent on every visit. The food is quite tasty; I recently had the chicken Alfredo tortellini, which was delicious, and my favorite pizza slice is the eggplant—it's the best in the city, in my opinion. For lunch, I often go with the spinach Alfredo, loaded with mushrooms and garlic. I've never had any issues with my orders. If you're looking for a great restaurant with fantastic service and reasonable prices, this is the place to be!
The pizza here is fantastic, but without a doubt, they have the best eggplant Parmesan hero around. The bread has just the right amount of crispiness, and the sauce is sweet without being overly acidic. The eggplant itself is perfectly sliced—neither too thin nor too thick. I just enjoyed a mushroom slice and half of the hero, and I'll be saving the other half for lunch tomorrow.
Best pizza in the neighborhood! Slices to go and pies to order are the same quality and size. Great traditional NY slice! Every other pizzeria in the area has declined their quality by thinning out the pizza making it paper thin or using cheap cheese- but not GiGis! Great pizza and great price! A large pie is only about $18! Thank you for being consistent and affordable.
Best pizza in the neighborhood. Precovid the buffalo wings, we're okay but now it's amazing. They even changed the sauce to be less spicy and now thicker. The customer's service is always a1. Cheese pie is on point. Great crust to sauce to cheese ratio. If you want to customize your pie they get done right, and exactly how you want it.

Great food here. I've actually never had the pizza, but I've been told it's good stuff. I've had their pasta carbonara, which is awesome. The vodka sauce is also great, and very good chicken parmigiana. Nice service, too. Super reasonable prices and good serving sizes. Definitely swing by if you're close (or maybe even if you're not).
STILL the best pizza in Whitestone. Gigi and his team have been making pizza for a long time and they are consistently making it great. I've been eating here for years and still get excited every time I order it. They are generous with toppings unlike other places in the neighborhood.
I ordered a large pepperoni pizza, but it was undercooked and had barely any cheese. As for the sausage roll, there was hardly any sausage in it. I ended up feeling sick all night. I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat the pizza or sausage roll from this place.
I was served something not to my liking. They gave me the option for another one but I was not hungry. They refunded my money. Very professional in the way they handle it.

Not only am I grateful that they are open, but they have an excellent customer service. I'm not just saying this because I'm an avid Avid Pizza and Pasta Lover!!
