Very disappointed with costumer service. I went there at 9:45 p.m. to pick up an online order and what found was a girl that works there to be impolite. She asked me to confirm the order before I take it, like I was going to steel it from her hands. I told her that I'm going to confirm it but she needs to be more polite with costumers when requesting something from them. She showed me a paper on the wall saying this is boss's policy and I can talk to him. The irony is when I entered the restaurant 20 mins earlier to pickup another order no one was there. Ginger Exchange is a fantastic spot for a quick meal. They offer fast and delicious sushi, udon, tofu jigae, and more. I enjoyed an ice-cold pint of Sapporo while I was there. The vegetarian pan-fried dumplings were excellent, as were the pan-fried pork gyoza. I haven't had the chance to try their BAO sandwiches yet, but their sushi is very fresh, not just tasty but also visually appealing. Make sure to visit this place soon, because you won't want to miss out!

METAL BRUSH FOUND IN FOOD. They admitted that this happened to some else tonight and now that I look at other reviews it apparently happens frequently there. This is not only disgusting but dangerous. My toddler ate a good portion of the rice before we identified the issue. I will never order from here again and suggest that others avoid it also. I wish that zero stars was an option.. because they do not deserve a star.

Food was great and arrived hot, but there were actual shards of glass in the tonkatsu ramen. Yes, multiple. Called the restaurant that evening and left a voicemail asking for a call back and didn't get one. Called again and the employee on the phone promised to have her manager call, but again no call. The food here is fantastic! I had the sushi pizza and the wings to start, and the Korean fried chicken was spot on. The bibimbap was definitely among the best I've ever had, although I wish it had a bit more meat.

**Vegetarian options:** There are plenty of vegetarian choices available! The staff were happy to remove the meat from a maki roll we ordered. **Kid-friendliness:** It's very kid-friendly!
