Fabulous restaurant. Absolutely a delight to see such craft at work with shasmi. Started with onkemo a/k/a Monkfish liver .. very good. We also ordered a variety of shasmi tuna, yellowtail, fluke and tina toro. Absolutely mouthwatering!! Salmon belly, freshwater eel, tobiko! Sadly, ordered the shrimp shasmi with fried heads and the heads did not come fried .. and that's the best part .. all in all it was a nice experience .. $30.00 for onikomo which was not mentioned by Joseph .. again all in all it was a nice experience ..

This is very good sushi, the best I have found in Cleveland, as an occasional visitor. I count it overpriced by a considerable margin given Chicago and Minneapolis spots that I know, but Ginkgo (The Bank in Japanese, the character having the same meaning in Chinese seems to have little competition. Good fish, fresh and attractively presented. Bring your wallet. One of the best meals I’ve had all year. Genuinely enjoyed every moment of being there. The chef was really dedicated to his craft and was exceptionally wonderful to talk to. We tried the Otsuki Omakase and were thoroughly impressed. I also would definitely recommend the Seared Salmon Belly and the Unagi! Again, one of my favorite dining experiences ever! Such a great place with amazing food and cocktails and service. The sushi I've had here is some of the best.
