This Little Gem has been here for 51 years! And I am sorry to say this is our first visit!In fact, we were invited to try this place by the Head Server at the Rivers Reach Pub in New West...! (Because she also works here! Lexi ... You are one of The Best! The Most Professional, Friendliest server we have ever met!Now, to the food . . .Kalamari is right at the TOP of our list for Best in Greater Vancouver . . . and the Chicken Souvlaki rivals our all-time favourite Greek place: X-site in N. It was one thing they were sweet and kind to me and my friends who came by often for years because we worked and lived nearby… but when the staff was as loving and caring and genuinely loving towards my baby (who is now a toddler) that’s a whole different level of “family restaurant” and friendliness we’re talking about ?Vegans: pasta with tomato sauce and/or some Mediterranean salad without cheese have been wonderful to me for many years. You can also try the veg wrap at lunch and just scrap the dairy… enjoy!

The pasta here is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm. Dated decor but the food and prices are good. My only complaint (and I’ve been going here years) is the place has a major fruit fly problem. Can’t order a glass of red wine as you will be battling them all night. My advice: mason jar half filled with apple cider vinegar and a drop of dish soap, put it somewhere out of sight (mine at home is behind a tall vase) and top it off regularly. Fruit flies will be gone

Good amount of food, regular taste, busy and famous, but nothing exceptional. We tried the calamari disappoints), not crunchy and with raw onions, chicken souvlaki similar to opa) but double priced, and opa’s rice and pita are better, chicken tender not good as cactus). Other Greek nearby like Greek tavern have more options with the same price and tasty.

I tried the roast lamb and calamari here. The roast lamb was very tender and had great flavor. The calamari had a nice texture and was plenty seasoned. Both plates were a good portion size. Prices were very reasonable and service was good. The restaurant had a nice local community vibe. I would definitely come back to try out other menu options.

I shared a meal and on portion of cheesy bread with my fiancee and the portions are big enough for 2 people if folks are not extremely hungry! Flavors are amazing, service was great... I'm definitely coming back!

I discovered this restaurant in March and have visited it three times. The owner and cook are Greek and they serve the best Greek food I have ever tasted. Bavo

We had the roast lamb and prawn souvlaki flavor was good, the lamb was tender, but my prawns were a bit overcooked.

Amazing Greek food, specials on Thursdays. Can't wait to try the Prime Rib dinner on Fridays and Saturdays
