**Restaurant Review**
We enjoyed a delicious meal! We ordered the Hibachi or Teppanyaki Grill. The salad consisted of greens topped with a sweet, almost coleslaw-like dressing. The chicken broth soup, enhanced with bits of tofu, herbs, and spinach, was well-balanced and flavorful.
For the entrée, the fried rice was outstanding with perfect seasoning. The grilled vegetables were fantastic; they were also steamed to make them wonderfully tender. The shrimp was grilled to perfection, while the steak was cooked to our liking, though it was a bit heavy on the salt—next time, we’ll request no salt, just pepper. Excellent Teppanyaki. The food at this Teppanyaki-styled Japanese steak house is so good that it is one of my daughter 's favorite restaurants....and she 's a vegetarian!!<br/ The show is always fun from the juggling utensils eggs and the sterilizing wall of flames on the grill, to the 'onion volcano ' and the shrimp toss.<br/ The food however, puts the show in second place. First the superbly seasoned fried rice is served up right off the grill, followed by fresh crisp grilled vegetables. Next came the huge scrumtious grilled shrimp. My boyfriend and I are huge fans of hibachi restaurants and enjoy sushi as well. Of all the hibachi places we've tried, including Benihana and Kobe's, Ginza tops our list! It's more affordable than the popular chains, and during our recent visit, we discovered their amazing hibachi lunch special and an all-you-can-eat sushi bar for just $5 if you're ordering hibachi, available seven days a week! The food is not only delicious but also abundant. I especially love the hibachi combo dinner with shrimp and scallops. Plus, the soup and salad served with the hibachi dinner are incredible!
Sushi Lunch Buffet: At $10, the price for lunch is slightly on the higher side, but it’s sushi after all. The chef was continuously preparing food during my visit, and the restaurant seemed quite busy. The sushi quality was average; they only had rolls available, with no tamago or other options. However, there were also some fried items, edamame, and chicken teriyaki on offer. The staff was attentive and helpful. I received an orange for dessert along with my check.

AMAZING. Great food, fun times, and entertainment al in one meal...How much better can dinner get. Ginza is my favorite oriental restaursnt in town..... I recommend the chicken and surprisingly the sushi is GREAT too. Stand back when your HAbachi pro lights the grill. Entertaining for the whole family.....whether you are 1 or 101 your will LOVE Ginza....P.S.make a reservation ahead a time, this restaurant gets very busy
Ginza is absolutely fantastic! The customer service is warm and welcoming. The food is both fresh and delicious! The atmosphere is very relaxing. I highly recommend Ginza restaurant to anyone seeking an affordable Hibachi experience without the crowds. I will definitely be returning!
Ginza has consistently been one of my favorite dining spots in Owings Mills. The food is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the prices are reasonable for the generous portions. Plus, the entertaining hibachi show adds to the experience!
Amazing experience!! The food was amazing and the service was top quality. I’m very picky about restaurants but I would come back here time and time again! So happy that I found this little hidden gem. And they use biodegradable boxes!

Average place. They need to add sauce to the food and give more yumm yumm sauce. I'd say about a 6
