Giordano's - Reserva de mesa

Our waitress. Older lady. Didn't give us straws until we asked. Thats minor. On top of that she didn't put our order in for our appetizer. They brought out the pasta pretty fast for our kid, but we waited a long time for our pizza. One hour. We ordered the parmesen crust style pizza. Make sure u have a lot of time dedicated to wait. We ended up taking our pizza to go. Waitress says that's typical wait for a deep dish and parmesan crust. No thank you. One medium pizza, one order of mozzarella triangle, one fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli and chicken. One Moscow mule. 3 sodas. Total $113. Pretty pricey too. Food taste was decent.

one of the worst experiences ever. we ordered a deep dish pizza and kept waiting. every time we ask we were told it will come in 5 min. but that 5 min never came. we waited fir more than 1:30 hours and after that manager cones and tells your order was misplaced. where as from last 40 min they kept telling its coming. and it was late due to so long wait. Wish there was a 0 star. would recommend not to go this branch

This was my first time trying this place out, and I must say it was amazing Chicago style pizza! I will say if you’re a tourist visiting, please place an order for the deep dish pizza in advance as it does take 45 minutes to almost an hour for them to make it! But the pizza itself was just the perfect combo of cheese and meats and the Pepperoni at the bottom was just delicious.

My wife and I came here for lunch. It's a big location. No wait time. I know they are known for pizza but we got the Italian Beef with mozzarella and chicken parm sandwich. I thought the Italian Beef was great, very flavorful meat and I liked the jus, but I will say this was my first one. The chicken parm was okay, could have used more marinara sauce. Same visit one of the worst experience one of the waitresses was very rude the manager try to make it up but the the experience was already bad and very disappointing I wrote a survey before but it’s seems like this women was having a bad day and it was very rude to one of my family members

Advertised as “World famous—Chicago No 1 pizza”. Indeed their Deep Dish pizza sits at fast food level. Dry and stiff. Every piece of ingredients on that pizza tastes canned/frozen(we are looking at a $40 pizza). If you are looking for a legit Italian pizzeria, this place is not it.

Wow. Giordano 's is a requirement for anyone visiting Chicago. The Pan Pizza with Parmesan crust is mind-blowing. So good. We all ate until we hurt. It 's that good. The Bruschetta was the best as they claimed. And the Italian Roast Beef sandwich with jalapenos was fantastic too.

The famous Deep Dish Pizza was okay, nothing special, the host, a big bearded man, just unfriendly, pointed me to a table, with a: 'follow me! ' The waitress was kind enough, but I had to wait about 20 minutes, after asking for the bill. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went there because I heard it was famous, but I got a cold window seat. I was a bit nervous because they gave it to me. The service was good and the food was soft but very salty. Why does everyone eat it so salty..?
