This is my wife and I’s first time in Oak Brook and we heard so many great reviews about Giordanos as having the best pizza in the Chicago area. We came and were immediately greeted and sat by MARY! She was very personable and helped us understand the menu tremendously! She suggested that we get the buffalo wings as a starter and said that they were the best wings in this area. Let me tell you SHE WAS NOT LYING! My wife and I devoured those wings in 10 mins. We are absolutely glad we came here and we will definitely be back every time we come anywhere near OakBrook!
Lani, Hope, and DJ provided an exceptional experience! I’d also like to give a shoutout to the cooks, as my pizza was fantastic! The customer service at this location is outstanding. Lani greeted me with a warm smile and has been a wonderful server during my visits. Hope was attentive and seemed to know what I needed before I even asked. Even though DJ wasn’t my server, he stopped by my table a few times to check if everything was okay. I will absolutely be returning! I highly recommend this place—10/10!
We are here for a conference and wanted some AUTHENTIC Chicago Deep Dish Pizza. Let me tell you.....Giordano's did not disappoint. The wings were A-1. The Pizza was TOP TIER!!!. Our server Mary was by far Thee Best!!!. She was very attentive, personable and sweet. I'd recommend eating here any day. Having Mary as your server takes the experience over the top.
The food was passable. The service seemed to be understaffed but they worked with what they had. They weren't in a rush to have us go. We arrived around 7:20 and were almost there to closing time chatting.

There's something special about Mary! Our waitress, Mary, was absolutely incredible! She was attentive to all our needs and truly enhanced our dining experience. As for the food...
Plates came dirty told waiter than the pizza came cold and we got attitude for telling him shame on us we should just wash our own dishes. waiting over an hour.
The service was very good. However, if you order a deep dish pizza, it takes about an hour to arrive at your table.
We can’t go to Chicago without stopping for a Giordano's deep-dish pizza! So delicious!
