My husband and I traveled to Chicago from St. Louis today to drop my son off at camp. We were really hungry after the 5 hour trip and I've never had Chicago style pizza so we decided to stop here. We ordered a house salad and large deep dish pizza (the menu states it serves 4-5 people but I thought we could handle it since we were really hungry . I am a thin crust St. Louis style pizza lover at heart, but wasn't going to come to Chicago and get anything aside from Chicago style pizza. The crust was VERY good, as was the sauce and they definitely don't go skimpy on the toppings...the pizza literally had triple or quadruple the amount of cheese I usually have on my pizza and the top was covere...

When I called to express our dissatisfaction, the manager told me that this is how their pizza tastes and offered a $5 refund. I felt like I was asking for handouts. I told him that we would never order from them again and that rather than offering a minimal refund, as part of the customer service industry, he should provide a full refund. His response was essentially to do what I wanted. What kind of manager is that? We were very dissatisfied and didn’t want to throw the food away, so we took the pizza back and left it on their counter. When we returned, we noticed that our money had been refunded. Giordano's is fantastic! I've dined here several times whenever I'm in town, and this location is consistently clean. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food is, as always, delicious! At the moment, this is my favorite Giordano's. I've also picked up frozen pizzas to take back with me to New York, and they've always been perfect. I've tried both their deep dish and thin crust pizzas, and they are wonderful—loaded with cheese, great sauce, and the crust is cooked to perfection. The bathrooms are clean, and the open kitchen lets you see all the action happening.

This Giordano's is a charming and inviting spot. Every time we eat here (perhaps too often for my expanding belly), the pizzas are absolutely DELICIOUS, and the staff is incredibly friendly. It feels like an old-fashioned pizza place from my childhood, rather than just another location in a large chain. I highly recommend visiting this Giordano's any time! Reserva una mesa ahora

The pizza here is fantastic, especially if you're a fan of Chicago-style stuffed pizza. The stuffed spinach is incredible! My only minor issue is that every time I go to pick up my order, it seems to be ready later than promised, and I often end up waiting about five minutes.

We have been to a few different locations as we have visited Chicago, and loved every every visit. The pizza is delicious. I've had salad and it been on point.. They also have delicious French fries! Will definitely be back if we visit Chicago again.

Giordano 's has a unique style of pizza which makes it different from many of the other Chicago Style pizzas. Something about the cheese they use gives it a unique texture and flavor.
