Giuseppe’s Cafe certainly lived up to our expectations. We were a group of 6 out for dinner celebrating. There was a very private and family feel to the restaurant. The food was served hot, fresh and it was well above the average! Waite staff took great care of us and kept our glasses topped off. This is not your typical Italian restaurant nor typical dishes. The food was so authentic I could have swore I saw Tony Soprano and his crew sharing a meal . Stop in and try this great little Italian restaurant. It was a great dinner and dining experience!
I had an order of sautéed mushrooms which were amazing, the only problem was the calzone I ordered as my main dish. I ordered a 4 cheese calzone with pepperoni. All the ingredients tasted like they came from Walmart and the dough tasted like pillsbury pizza dough. They put the sauce on the inside which wasn’t the norm to me, it would have been somewhat fine if the sauce didn’t taste sour. The server was very nice though so I just told her I didn’t like that they put the sauce on the inside and they did end up giving a 50% discount on the calzone.
This visit was my first time here, and what an incredible experience! It smelled too good to stop and take a picture before we could get a few bites in. Undoubtedly the best lasagna I've had in Alabama! The service was great, and even though it was bustling the servers didn't rush us and always made sure we were set with enough drinks and napkins. The cheese bread was great too!
The food was amazing!! Make reservations! Or make a order to go. Tables filled up right after thebdoors opened. I had their lasagna, my girlfriend had the meatball sub. Definitely try them if you have not already! We were visiting from the west coast.

I think this is a great little Italian place. Service has always been great anytime I've been there and the food is spectacular. I highly recommend it, and it's not overpriced. Very reasonable for the portions and the quality of the dining.
Party of six and we were able to sit down when we walked up without reservations. Our seat was outside but it was a beautiful night. The food was good. Nice portions. Tucker, our server, was the best. Very nice and attentive. #Tipyourwaiter
Pizza. We had the veggie pizza and added eggplant chicken. Really good reasonably priced. We also ordered cheesy bread. The bread was freshly made the sauce was great. I don't like sweet sauces this one was savory).
We enjoyed both awesome food and great service! The bread is airy and light and the entrees that everyone ordered were huge! We tried 3 pasta dishes and a sub as a group. Everything was excellent!

Addicted.. I love Giuseppe's. I love nearby and order to go all the time. It's addicting! I love the meatball sub, and the lasagna. And the tiramisu is amazing.
Idk about the bad experiences of the others but for my fiancé and I it was AMAZING! Nice people, great food.
