Glazed Doughnut Shop

I appreciate that there are vegan donuts and a large selection of them- in Amherst, but they are truly sad little donuts. Since they are also the gluten free option, they are made with a GF flour blend that makes them very heavy and have a bit of a grainy mouthfeel. They actually are really more like little coffee cakes in different flavors than donuts, because of the type of flour and the fact that they're imitating cake donuts. I don't mean to knock that they are gluten free I've had gluten free vegan baked items, including donuts, elsewhere that were really awesome, and I've made some myself. the vegan donuts are just miniatur cake. they are not like donut, but they are delicious. the taste and the options have improved in the run of time. the cold brewery was great.

their vegan/gf donuts will be every time I look past (approximately once a year) and they expand their offers. send them business and encourage them to continue!
