Loved this place! Delicious hand pulled noodles. Authentic, no frills cooking. I highly recommend the cold noodles. Could not get enough. The hot and sour soup pork and chive dumplings were delicious, as were the biang biang noodles (recommend “extra spicy” . An unexpected gem in this town.

really delicious! traveled to xi’an several times, these are very authentic aromen! the bark soup hit the place on the cool autumn. knödel are like in china. brings back great memories. parking: free parking in the restaurant.
