Glenelg Pier Hotel - Pier Bar

We had a Shared Platter of Tasty Morsels. When the platter first arrived we wondered if there was going to be enough but we certainly did not go home hungry. There was a great selection of different things served on a breadboard. A small basket of Crispy Chips, 2 Soft Shell Crab Sliders, 3 Arancini Balls, 2 meat wraps, and 2 large slices of Garlic Bread. The Soft Shell Crab Sliders were great but not really to the liking of my Dining Partner but it didn't matter as there was plenty more for him to share and I enjoyed his left over. We were immediately greeted by a smiling face behind the counter as soon as we walked in. They were very helpful with the menu. The venue was two levels, and is fully licensed with a decent list of cocktails. We placed our order at the bar and within a few minutes our order came out. We ordered two burrito bowls Flying Pig Burrito and the Pulled Pork Burrito. Both were delicious and our plates were left empty. I tried both and I couldn't pick a favourite. It was a little quiet when we were there (Sunday afternoon) and the staff were very chatty and friendly. As a Perth local, I'm hoping BBC make the trip west and open up a store over here soon!

Friendly staff to greet, had the Pier Burger which was good size serving and tasted good, would have been better with cheddar cheese instead of swiss cheese as this spoiled taste a little, a bit disappointed in beef pattie as was a pre-fab type, a good burger should have fresh made patties, none the less was good tasting burger with nice chips ;) Reserva una mesa ahora

Enjoyed the Lamb Yiros Pizza with a side of hot chips, with my partner. Very reasonably priced for what we got, as well as lovely service from the staff. Went during happy hour, so stayed for a few cheap pints after. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to eat during night with a view of the ocean and beach!

Not bad pub food, had the lamb yiros pizza and onion rings which was quite tasty. View of water is awesome during sunset and staff were very friendly. Happy hour = $5.50 schooners

Today hubby and I wanted to be somewhere coastal so we took ourselves to The Pier at Glenelg for lunch. It's a very welcoming place with gorgeous views.

I didn't realise it when I walked into this bar but it is actually park of the Oaks Apartment Hotel that sits on the Glenelg foreshore.
