Carbondale's Best Kept Secret. Global Gourmet...city atmosphere in small-town Carbondale. LOVE this restaurant...from the wine selection to the mixed drinks to the ever-changing menu to the atmosphere...what an excellent place to spend an evening with that someone special or with friends! Some of my favs (and there are many don't miss the artichoke dip for an appetizer. You can't go wrong for dinner...the filet with boursin is incredible...and for dessert, take your pick from anything on the menu! My favorite is the peanut butter cup, my mouth waters just thinking about it!

This restaurant is amazing! The service is excellent, and we had a great dinner experience. The price per person ranges from $30 to $50. The food was delicious, and the service was top-notch. The atmosphere was perfect as well. I highly recommend trying the Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cake, Brie, Cheese Board and Ceviche, Artichoke Dip, Caprese, Rack of Lamb Chops, and House Made Soup Du Jour.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. Both my old fashioned and wine selection were excellent, with a lot of flavor in both dishes. The lamb was perfectly cooked, and the portion sizes were nice. The prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. Lucas also provided exceptional service.

very funny my wife and I had almost the same experience as another reviewer on this page. we came for an early dinner b4 a movie during the week they think. not a sole at the place and the hostes made a big thing about how she could squeeze us in garnish thanks. we flopped them and went out. will not be back. Fantastic food! Wonderful service! We were in town on our honeymoon and had the most amazing dinner here. The staff was so welcoming, gave us recs for things to do in town and gave our dog love and cheese. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was alright. 2 Of my family members ordered the salmon. One came out looking thick and delicious, and the other was flat and dry. We told our waitress about the severe difference, but nothing was offered or done to remedy the situation.

Great culinary experience. My old fashion and choice of wine were both great. Much taste in both dishes. Lamb was perfectly cooked. Beautiful piece sizes and the price was good for quality. Lucas also offered amazing service.
