There’s a fully gluten-free bakery in Frankston! It’s in a somewhat odd location, away from other food spots and right next to a Tyrepower, so I often forget about it. However, it's reassuring for those with celiac disease, as there’s no risk of cross-contamination. While it’s not my favorite bakery, I really appreciate that it exists. When I do visit, I typically stick to the sweet treats, as I find the cakes and baked goods to be a bit dry, and I'm not a fan of the texture—they can be hard and stiff (just my personal opinion). I also tend to skip the donuts, as I don't find them enjoyable. On the bright side, it’s a fantastic place to find a variety of frozen gluten-free goods!
