I understand that they're facing staffing challenges, and I can see how using DoorDash might be a reasonable solution. However, they really need to communicate these issues better to their customers. This entire situation could have been avoided, and the lack of communication only made it worse. I ended up paying a delivery fee and tipping for a pizza that I had to go pick up myself, which arrived half an hour late. This is utterly unacceptable, and I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.
I really enjoyed the pizza at this restaurant, and the staff was friendly. However, I did run into a few minor issues. First, the pizza prices are somewhat higher than at other places, unless you manage to catch their special deals. Additionally, the restaurant was quite crowded during my visit, but there were only two employees on duty, resulting in a wait of about an hour for our pizzas. While this might not be usual, it was my experience on a Friday night.
I ordered a pizza and cheese bread, and after waiting for an hour, I was informed that my pizza was on its way. Unfortunately, it took another 35 minutes for the food to actually arrive. By the time it got here, the pizza was lukewarm. I definitely won't be ordering from this restaurant again!
During our second visit, he kindly surprised us with a warm pan of freshly baked sweet monkey bread. It was a delightful experience, and I’m sure we will return during our travels. We were camping nearby, and this truly added to our wonderful vacation. Thank you for everything!

My favorite spot for pizza! I really enjoy dining here. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. It makes me feel like I’m back in Tucson.
The food is consistently delicious and has never disappointed me. I've always had a great appreciation for it. Also, could I please receive a $3 voucher for Jumbo Meat?
I was very satisfied with the pizza and can’t wait to visit again. The bill was quite reasonable, and the menu reminded me of a restaurant in El Paso.
