I was served raw chicken at this restaurant. I had ordered a sandwich that came with fries, but when I discovered the chicken was still frozen inside, I requested a cheeseburger instead because I didn't want another chicken sandwich and didn't want to just eat fries. Instead of being understanding, the staff charged me extra for the burger. They claimed that "their owner would have laughed in my face" and refused to remove the charge from my bill. I've dined at many restaurants where they typically offer a credit or compensation if there's an issue. Towne Blvd, Middletown, OH. I had a club sandwich and it was quite filling. Was made fresh to order and had plenty of ham and turkey on it. Was way too much food for me, so I'd love a 1/2 sandwich option. Employee was patient and helpful in drive thru. I went to try a cheeseburger, but when I got there, changed my mind. I will eventually get a burger... I've heard they are good.
Gold Star is an excellent spot for a delicious meal. Our waitress, Courtney, was fantastic—she was polite, courteous, and incredibly attentive! You couldn't ask for a better server. The food was absolutely delicious too!
We decided to stop by on our way home from vacation, and we were pleased with the food. The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly.

Visited on June 23, 2024. Our server Camille was very gracious, friendly attentive. Would go back just to have her service.
Courtney took care of us she was fast and consistent with her service 10/10 would go back to see her again
I love this place way better than skyline.. my favorite is the chili burger.. omg it's amazing.

Not worth the price they charge, you could eat at a steak house instead.
