We ordered a delivery from here and firstly noticed it was in a bag half the size of our usual takeaway albeit a bit cheaper (although after they had added the delivery charge on it was the same). The portions were tiny but it didnt matter as the food was disgusting. The rice was an odd colour and congealed. The sweet and sour chicken contained more peppers than chicken, crispy chilli beef wasn't crispy and the chicken chow mein bland. Mostly they are OK, but twice they've let me down. Once very badly when I booked a table for ten and the food just didn't arrive at the table in any sort of timely manner. Some dishes were just missing, or cold, and we had main meals coming out of the kitchen with starters at the same time. But just recently a delivery order for two, which included chicken chow mein that had no chicken in it, (and I do mean *no* chicken! Not just a little bit, but none at all. Just a box of noodles), and egg fried rice which wasn't even fried and had just the mearest smidge of egg in it. Basically a box of boiled rice. We ordered a takeaway for 7.30 for New Years Eve and we are still waiting for it to arrive at 8.00I rang the take away and no apology but the said It was just being bagged up and would be with us in15 mins. We are still waiting.I rang again and according to the person I spoke to it had not been started yet and would be another45 minutes. Such poor service and we have paid for delivery. The take away eventually arrived at 9.05 and I have to say was not worth the wait. It was cold and the chicken satay and chow Marin were dry. So disappointing when we have to spend this New Year’s Eve at home. All you want to do is make it special and this meal was such a let down
I popped in yesterday new year's eve knowing everyone will want a takeaway and wasn't sure how busy they would be. Initially I was told it would be hours before I could receive my order but the manager asked how many it was for I said two people 2 dishes one spring roll. He was very kind and squeezed us in. The phone kept ringing and they were mega busy with pre orders. One day I hope to eat in in 2021. Best Chinese in local area. Cheers

I was glad to be back here after an epic lockdown. They are coping well in the new normal. I enjoyed the sweet and sour pork balls and special chow mein. I liked their pancake roll. The wife less so but overall a good value and quality meal
I'm pleased to write a review so soon after my last one. This is the best Chinese takeaway in the area. I drive a few miles to get good food and quick service. Great meal deal for two and see you again soon guys. Cheers
Have just collected a Takeaway, the first for us during lockdown. Oh my goodness, what an absolutely amazing meal! The best pancake rolls ever, and the beef?? Fabulous. Thank you very much
We were visiting the area and chose this restaurant based on reviews and we were not disappointed. We were well looked after by the staff and the meal was excellent. Well worth a visit!
