I ordered through Grubhub. I guess I ordered some soup soup wasn't ready so I said replace a suit for something else she replace my dumplings for plantains. but when it came to the soup, it was a big issue. She was screaming and yelling at me on the phone telling me she's going to cancel my order over one thing and that's not how GrubHub works. I ordered the harmony porridge and cocktail beef patties. Unfortunately, the porridge was flavorless. This is my second time trying the harmony, and I’ve had the same disappointing experience, so I won't be buying it again. On the other hand, the cocktail patties were frozen and incredibly easy to bake at home. They were a big hit at the party! Everyone enjoyed them and kept asking where I got them, commenting on how delicious they were. At just over a dollar each, they were the perfect size.
Never again!???? I placed an order online...go in to get my order and it's not ready nor could they find the order receipt. Then they had no cheese! I got a chicken patty and a shrimp patty with coco bread and cheese. The coco bread was dry. Again they had no cheese. The shrimp patty was disgusting. The mac and cheese looked dry in the pan which looked disgusting. The chicken patty was not great but edible. I wasted my time and money. I would not recommend.????
an old lady who wear a glasses start yelling at me , just because i asked her if they gonna charge me for the vegetable? She talk to me like she were talking to her kids.., you guys need to do something with your customer services. I don’t think ill go there again, plus the chicken is not good, it left a bad taste in my mouth, i wondering for how many days, they keep it….Dietary restrictions: Poor

Called the store before making a DoorDash order , a man picked up and said they have the food but not fried dumplings then I get a call back just for the lady to tell me they do not have no breakfast food. Which is confusing when I called. The man all he had to do was check . And he did not They never have everything they show on DoorDash and today I had enough , no customer service skills at ALL
I visited twice. Once I order online and they didn't have anything I ordered, spinach, or beyond meet patties.The second time they didn't have any vegetable, spinach, or beyond meet patties. They don't seem to stock the items on their menu. If you are vegetarian they must likely won't have the food you want.

Perhaps it's a reflection of the Jamaican culture, but the service can be a bit brusque. There are times when certain dishes are unavailable, as they need to be freshly prepared, which can result in a long wait. Overall, the food is decent.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I don't recommend ordering from them, whether through Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, or any other service. I will definitely not be returning.
